Us & Our Studio
Where are you located?
We make everything in our studio at Hampton Station in the beautiful city of Greenville, SC. We don’t have a retail storefront, but you're welcome to say hi if you pop by when we're working.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer pickup from our studio located at Hampton Station on most weekdays between 9a and 4:30p. You can select local pickup at checkout. Once you receive the notification that your order is ready, kindly let us know when you plan to come by so we can make sure we're here and ready to help you!
How do you pronounce Avryn?
The A is long like in lady. The "ryn" is pronounced like our South Carolina state bird–the wren!
Product Help & Care
Are some marks on the leather normal?
Yes. Leather is a natural material and may have small marks of character such as a darker spot or line original to the hide. Your items should not arrive with a defect such as a scratch or tear.

My key ring is bent, what do I do?

Can you stamp my company logo into a wristlet or key tag?
Yes! But in addition to the cost of the wristlets you order, there will be a small fee to cover the cost of having a custom stamp made. Contact us for more information.
Do you offer the screw lock ring by itself?
No. However if your Avryn Co. key ring has been lost or damaged, contact us about a replacement.
What’s the correct order of initials for a monogram?
Most people choose first, middle, and last.
Do you offer lower case letters for personalization?
No, but we offer capital letters A-Z, numbers, ampersand (&), dot/period (.), and hash (#) for personalization.
Will you restock sold-out colors?
Generally, yes! But some colors are offered for a limited time. If a restock is planned we will share our best estimates of restock dates on the product page. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of restocks.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! For orders of 10 or more, please contact us so we can chat.

Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for all US orders $100 and over. For US orders under $100, standard shipping is $5.
Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes and associated fees.
