Shipping policy
We offer free shipping for all US orders $150 and over. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $5.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class mail unless the customer upgrades shipping at checkout. Most packages will reach US customers 2-6 days after they enter the mail system but delays can occur and are outside of our control. Consider upgrading to UPS if timing is a concern. Note that upgraded shipping does not shorten production time. Orders of in-stock items are shipped in the order they are received. Orders including pre-order items will ship all together once the entire order is ready to ship. When your order ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes and associated fees. For orders shipping to Canada, please refer to the UPS website for more information about UPS specific brokerage fees and how to reduce/avoid them.
Avryn Co. is not responsible for packages once they are shipped.

We are a small family operated business so we thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be made and shipped unless otherwise noted. Orders including pre-order items will ship all together once the entire order is ready to ship.
If you need your order sooner please contact us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request for an additional rush fee.
2023 Holiday Shipping
For pre-Christmas arrival, we recommend ordering by 12/13 if using standard shipping. All orders placed on or before 12/13 will ship by 12/15.
If ordering 12/14-12/18, rush shipping (next-day or 2-day) is recommended. Orders placed 12/14-12/18 will be shipped by 12/20.
We cannot guarantee on-time arrival as once we hand your order off to the carrier of your choice, we no longer have control.
12/20 is our last shipping day for 2023. Orders placed after 12/20 will ship when we return to the studio Jan 2, 2024.
