How to tell if your Card Wallet clasp is loose
Properly secured wallet knob (green wallet): Your knob should either not be able to turn, or it should turn along with the screw as seen with the green wallet in the video below.
Wallet knob not secured (purple wallet): In the video, the wallet knob on the purple wallet is not secured to the screw, so it can easily be unscrewed by hand. If this is the case for your wallet we've listed two options below for how to get it fixed.
Option 1– Secure your wallet knob at home. Watch this video to see how to apply a threadlocker glue such as Loctite. You can use threadlocker that you have on hand (we like a medium or high strength threadlocker such as Loctite 243 or 262), or we can mail you a small tube to use. See your email for details about how to request a tube of Loctite.
Option 2– We’ll secure it for you! Click on this link to return your wallet for a repair. Select 'Wallet Clasp Repair Request' as your reason and you’ll receive a free return label via email to ship your wallet back to us so we can secure the knob and mail it back to you! Be sure to verify your shipping address before completing the return for repair process.
